Quality Inspection
Ensure the items are unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached before our courier partner arrives for the pickup.
Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 48 to 72 business hours.
Refund or Exchange
After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item immediately.
