What are the shipping charges for orders within India?
We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal convenience fee of ₹99 is applied at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your package is dispatched.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We maintain a 7-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a free replacement.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement, provided it has not been shipped yet. Once the order is in the 'Dispatched' status, we cannot process cancellations.
